MSP Field Services in NYC & the Tri-State Area
Your Remote IT Team. Our Local Technician.

A typical request starts the same way: your engineer has already diagnosed the issue remotely but needs someone at the customer's location to finish the job — inspect a switch, replace a firewall, trace a cable back to its source, mount an access point, or reconnect equipment after a move. We coordinate by phone, video, or messaging while your engineer stays in control of the ticket, and we can provide photos and notes of the work performed when required.

• Structured cabling: Cat6/Cat6A installation, testing, labeling and re-termination
• Network rack and cabinet work, patch-panel installation and cable management
• Switch, firewall and UPS installation and replacement
• Wi-Fi access point installation and cabling
• Physical network troubleshooting and cable tracing
• Equipment installation, replacement, disconnect and reconnect
• PC and workstation physical setup
• Phone / VoIP jack installation
• Network closet, MDF and IDF work
• Site surveys and site documentation with photos
Sometimes the job is narrower: your engineer needs a set of hands at a rack, patch panel or piece of equipment while directing the work step by step over the phone or video. That's Smart Hands or Remote Hands support — Cable Wise provides the physical on-site assistance so your engineer can troubleshoot, configure and manage the job remotely without traveling to the location.

Beyond core network work, we handle the physical side of conference-room and workplace technology deployments: mounting displays, routing and terminating cable, connecting video-conferencing equipment and testing connections once everything is in place. We handle installation and connectivity — not AV system design — and coordinate with your team or the client's AV vendor on configuration.
Cable Wise Solutions provides on-site field support throughout New York City, Long Island and surrounding areas of the Tri-State region. Our service area includes Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, along with commercial locations throughout Long Island and the surrounding region.
We're not a help desk and we don't manage networks remotely — that stays with you. Our role is the physical work: arriving on-site prepared, following your team's direction and providing the hands-on support needed to complete the job. Your team remains in control of the client relationship, technical decisions and remote management.
Tell us what your engineer needs done on-site and provide the relevant site and technical details. We'll coordinate the physical work with your team.
